We rented the skis to be picked up at the ambassador hotel but they did not have the skis there. We had to go to the shop in Zermatt downtown. Just by chance, we picked the correct shop that had our skis. Skis that were given to me were not the size I requested. They were shorter. The staff was good in the downtown location.
