I accidentally booked my skis for the wrong dates at Intersport Axamer Lizum but only realized it after my first day of skiing. I was worried it would be a problem, but the staff were incredibly friendly and handled everything perfectly. No hassle, just excellent service with a smile.

Loved the fact that I could collect in one store and drop off at another. Super convenient for our first day ski, collecting at a less busy store (Hornbahn), skiing that mountain on day 1 and ending our trip by skiing down to the Hahnenkammbahn and returning the gear before heading back to our accommodation. Very efficient. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, set the bindings quickly and gave use great local knowledge for our trip.

Das erste Paar Ski, das ich ausgeliehen habe, war ein Allround-Ski, obwohl ich nach SL-Ski gefragt hatte. Ein paar Stunden später kam ich zurück, um die Skier zu reklamieren und bekam die richtigen Skier. Beim zweiten Mal war die Beratung einfach kompetenter!

Sehr gute Abwicklung der Ausleihe (Vorabregistrierubg und Aufrufen des Namens, somit ist es egal wenn es an einer Station länger dauert) Das Depot war etwas eng und zu Stoßzeiten teilweise zu wenig Platz

All umfassend ein top Service! Alle dort sind sehr kompetent und helfen bei allem. Ich würde immer empfehlen die Versicherung mit zu buchen, dann gibt es absolut keine Probleme, sollte etwas abhanden kommen. Man bekommt sofort einen neues Snowboard oder Ski.

We had to switch shoes for one of the girls and with very good advice and patience we were helped. I have difficult feet and also with me the personel were very helpful. After two days I decided to buy shoes and to modify them to fit better. I got the rental fee for the shoes back and Robin modified the shoes very professionally. Now they fit like a glove. The good equipment and service were part of the successful holiday. Next year we will definitely come back to this shop!

Ich habe einen Ski ausgesucht, dann konnte ich dafür auch ein Depot dazubuchen. Was allerdings dann nicht mehr ging, dass ich ein Depot für meine Skischuhe dazubuchen konnte.

Obwohl ich meine Körpergrösse angegeben hatte, wurde mir ein viel zu grosses u schweres Snowboard gegeben. Auch die Bindung war zu gross. Das Umtauschen des Bretts und wechseln der Bindung hat aber super geklappt. Anschliessend war ich sehr zufrieden.

Your crew was so Awesome from the minute we walked in the door they were so helpful and amazing… Their knowledge of the equipment was such a relief, knowing that they actually knew their product… I hadn’t been on skis in 25 years. They took care of me. We had another person in the group had only been on skis once and outfitted her perfectly… We also had one member of the group get hurt. You guys turned her deposit. She was with Jann, The Ski Instructor. Who was simply amazing… As I said, they went above and beyond to take care of us and everyone is so super friendlygreat place to go.

The staff wasn't very friendly, they wanted to rush and didn't dedicate a lot of time to choose skis, specially if you are getting the premium option. My boots were VERY painful, as the boot was a testing they told me, and the liner was very thin. I went down to change them but they told me they didn't have any more, so I had to ski for a few days with a lot of pain. Lesson, I will definitely bring my own equipment next time
