Eine ganz tolle Mitarbeiterin im Depot, die mir mit meinem Problem super geholfen hat. Bei meiner Tochter ist ein Teil der Bindung abgefallen, zum Glück nicht bei der Fahrt. Wurde super gelöst, aber das hat mich zunächst etwas beunruhigt.

The advice about ski boot fittings - and also which skis to go for - was all great. The service was excellent. We had one person who wanted to change their skis after day one - that was arranged and an exchange made without any fuss at all. We were very looked after very well by all of the team.

Liebes Intersport-Team! Da ich schon seit Jahren Kunde bin bei Euch und immer zufrieden war, hat natürlich heuer auch alles gestimmt. Leider musste ich nach drei Tagen wegen eines medizinischen Notfalls in der Familie wieder abreisen. Somit ist die Bewertung nur auf einen Teil beschränkt. Aber auch das Storno war absolut okay. Vielen Dank für das entgegengebrachte Verständnis. Ich freue mich auf nächstes Jahr.

Grüezi Für "nicht sportliche" wie ich wünschte ich mir eine flachere Langlaufloipe. Ich stürzte leider abwärts mit schmerzhaften Folgen. Als ich auf der Heimfahrt bei Ulrichen vorbei fuhr erblickte ich eine lange, flache Loipe. Denke das ist eher etwas für mich zum weiter lernen bis ich mehr Übung habe für die Loipe bei euch auf der Riederalp. Service und Material war top!

Trotz großem Andrang, war das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit (besonders der Abteilungsleiter) kenne ich schon einige Zeit. Mein Wunschski war nicht mehr in meiner Länge vorhanden. Hatte mich für ein Modell entschieden. Beim einstellen kam ein freundlicher Mitarbeiter, vom Service, auf mich zu und sagte auf der Maschine hätte ich noch Deinen Ski in der Länge 178 cm. 2 Minuten später war der Ski da, die Einstellung dauerte keine 3 Minuten. Die Füße meiner Enkelin wurden vom Hauptabteilungsleiter gemessen, 2 Min. später waren die Schuhe da, anzogen und haben wie angegossen gepasst. Noch nicht mal in der Mittagspause wurden die Schuhe geöffnet. Wir waren TOP zufrieden mit Allem. bei der Rückgabe, sagte ich noch einen schönen Sommer und bis zum November 2025 zur Saisoneröffnung. Ich miete seit mehreren Jahren die Ski-Ausrüstung meiner Familie bei Intersport Rent Gamsgarten und bin sehr zufrieden mit dem gesamten Prozess. Auch gefällt mir sehr gut die unkomplizierte Handhabung dass man Material noch einmal austauschen kann, falls es nicht passt. Der Ausleihprozess ist einfach und schnell durchgeführt, wenn man das Material reserviert hat. Bei der Rückgabe würde ich mir wünschen, dass man es direkt im Depot wieder abgeben kann.

Wir mussten die Stiefeln der Kinder einmal tauschen da sie nass waren und diese konnten wir unkompliziert und ohne Wartezeiten tauschen und die Skier gut justiert werden. Alles top! Danke! Wir fanden es super praktisch die Sachen im Depot dort lassen zu können. Machen wir gerne wieder.

Yes. Tomo and his team at Intersport at Sporthaus Lech, ‘city’ centre, were excellent. It was really noticeable how Tomo (certainly), and almost all his/the team, went the extra mile to help us (a family of four) out - both initially with sorting our rental stuff and daily with bringing our stuff in and out of the store. Massive thanks to them for this. It really is/was a different experience to e.g. some places in France! And, not a negative to have said ‘almost all the team’ above - all were helpful just some even more so than others (Tomo; the redhead Ed young lad) and with an easy calm and polite affect much appreciated by those on holiday with children. Thank you!

The great Valluga is a wonderful renting shop. great service to customers and super welcoming. I specially liked the ability to rent Snowboard boots with Step-On bindings. Step-On is a factor in my decision of returning to St Anton and that store.
