Super freundliches Team. Bei einem der beiden geliehenen Bikes waren nach einigen Kilometern die hinteren Bremsbeläge komplett abgefahren. Es wurde am nächsten Tag morgens ganz schnell in unserer Unterkunft direkt das komplette Bike getauscht. Super Service, nochmals Danke 👍🏼

Nous avons loué 2 vélos électriques ; après un rapide contrôle nous avons constaté que l'un des deux avait la commande de l'assistance électrique défectueuse. Nous sommes revenue et nous avons pu rapidement faire l'échange, mais nous aurions souhaitez que ce genre de détail important soit contrôlé avant que nous récupérions les vélos. Ensuite, nous nous sommes étonnés que les vélos n'aient pas de support de gourde ni d'éclairage, on nous a répondu que les vélos de location n'en avait pas. Mais le vélo qu'on nous a donné en remplacement du premier qui était défectueux possédait ces deux équipement !

Ich habe mir das Polygon Collossus N9 ausgeliehen, das für die Downhill-Trails super gepasst hat. Ich hatte mir das Bike über das Internet für einen Tag ausgeliehen. Richtig klasse fand ich, dass ich nach der Rückkgabe des Bikes nach einem halben Tag wieder €20,- zurückerstattet bekam. Ich hatte bei der Abholung praktisch keine Wartezeit und das Team war super freundlich. Vielen Dank!!

Wir haben auf Anfrage einen Fahrradanhänger erhalten, welche uns der Mitarbeiter aus ddm Keller geholt hatte - eine Art Kindersitz-Nachläufer. Unser Kind war begeistert und für uns war es viel geeigneter als ein Kiki oder ein herkömmlicher Kindersitz!! Wir bedanken uns für das Engagement der aufmerksamen Mitarbeiter!!

One of the bikes we had reserved was not available. This was solved immediately by giving us another better bike free of extra charge. Well done! On the other hand helmets were not included, renting one is another 5 euros.
