everything was great. I loved doing business with you. The equipment was tip top condition.

It would have been nice if there was a bigger selection of Swiss skis to try.

It’s pre season skiing and the shop was not busy with rentals for the whole week… In my mind It would be fair that you will be compensated on your equipment for days that the lifts were closed and you can not use the skies. but that wasn’t the case - their explanation was that you had to bring it to the shop everyday to check it in ( and if you had to leave the gear up top? ) they gave a car rental analogy… it’s a small town and everyone knows when the lifts closes or opens for skiers especially on these pre season days, I thought they could have been more forthcoming..
