First, Wengen was amazing. We were lucky to catch the end of the season where the mountain was empty. Intersport has an amazing staff. I tried snowboarding on my first day and when I came back down the mountain, a staff member on his break took his time to adjust my board and check the edges. We saw some of the staff on the mountain and were nothing but friendly and offered great recommendations.

Ich bin total begeistert. Ich habe für 3 Personen gebucht für 3 Tage. Wir konnten am Vortag die Skier schon holen. Aufgrund körperlicher Gebrechen konnten 2 von uns die Buchung erstmal nur für einen Tag umbuchen. Nach dem ersten erfolgreichen Tag auf den brettern haben wir 2 weitere Tage gebucht. Eine Person konnte aber leider nicht weiterfahren, und hat die 2 Tage wieder gutgeschrieben bekommen. Die Jungs und Mädels sind super zuvorkommend, freundlich und geduldig! Alles problemlos und ohne Diskussionenen abgewickelt! Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen! Danke für die schöne Zeit auf dem Gletscher!

Very nice experience, thank you! Only the drop-off of the ski's was quite chaotic. One employee was collecting all the boots without scanning and said it was "OK". When returning my ski's and sticks at the counter another employee told me to find my boots again so he could scan them. For the rest all good!

Equipment is a bit expensive in my opinion, but all worked well, and we were both pleased with our skis/bindings and poles, and my son's ski boots. I don't ski very often, so cannot justify purchasing my own so rental has to be the way to go. I was pleased with how quick the shop queue vanished, and the speed and professional service of the workforce in Intersport.

Great service, I broke my skies in the morning and they could not fix it, i got to rent the most similar ones, that your employe got from the other shop i town very fast. Later I bougth new skies at the shop and got at total refound from the rentalprice. It was a plessure!

Recommended via Richard at Bramble Ski. I have honestly never been so impressed with a rental process as I was with yours - I was raving about it all holiday. Everything was so quick, easy to follow and efficient yet still felt like a friendly and personal service. It is obvious that you have put a lot of work into organising and refining the process as it is a breeze from a customer's perspective and made something that is often painful and frustrating at the beginning of a holiday turn into something that added to our experience and really got us even more excited to hit the hill.
