Ich konnte die Miete leider nicht antreten. Aber das mieten war unkompliziert. Die angebotenen Ski waren entsprechend meinem Fahrkönnen. Trotz fehlender Stornooption wurde meine Miete rückerstattet. Danke, gern wieder.

It was no problemen to start the rentperiod for 3 days , and to use them for 4 days ( depending on the wearher conditions) as we would like and payed the extra day on the day we returned the equipement.

Overall it was a reasonable experience. I was surprised when I got charged at time of rental, at least a month beforehand, but the cancellation policy made that OK. The boot fitting was done very well, listening to my concerns and allowing me to use my own footbeds. The ski assignment was done less well, not giving me the skis I really wanted either time (first time they were not really off-piste, second time a bit too long and heavy). The ability to exchange was nice and the location was convenient.

I wanted to rent skis just a few days in advance and was surprised that the skis should have been rented 5 days in advance to get them cheaper. The rental was quite expensive to compare to other places in the area! The staff was very friendly and professional and the rental was easy
