Es wäre für die Entscheidungsfindung hilfreich wenn irgendwo geschrieben stünde das man die Ausleihausrüstung schon am Vortag (ab 15 Uhr) abholen kann! I cannot fault any of these guys on anything. Super efficient and friendly. When 1 person in our party got injured before our trip ended, they swiftly processed a refund for the unused days. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They fitted us all very comfortably and the equipment was great. Can highly recommend.

Es wäre toll, wenn bei der Bestellung von Depot für Ski/Schuhe bereits die Nummer des Swispass/KeyCard hinterlegt werden könnte. Auch wären etwas kulantere Stornierungsoptionen bei Vorausbuchungen sinnvoll. So z.B. bis 3 Tage vorher immer kostenlos, sonst nur mit Stornooption.
