Great service, as usual and very helpful

The Customer service provided by Arvid and all the staff at the Nasserein (St Anton am Arlberg) branch was exemplary as usual. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys. So helpful and friendly.

Very competent and fast. The rental process was smooth and I loved that I could change the equipment with zero hassles. For instance, I found I chose boots that were a little too tight, and they helped me find another pair, or that day the snow was slushy and I changed my skis for a more suitable pair in another shop in the ski area, super handy. Thank you.
