Der Service im Laden war super, wir haben Schlitten gemietet, aber die Pisten waren wirklich schlecht. Es ist unmöglich, sie mit Vergnügen zu reiten. Man muss immer aufstehen und gehen. Dies hat uns sehr verärgert. Ausserdem war der Preis für einen Schlitten dieses Mal der höchste, den wir je gesehen hatten. Wir haben den Tag nicht genossen.

Lors de l'ajustement de la chaussure, fournissez de meilleurs conseils afin que la taille et la forme s'adaptent au pied/à la jambe de la personne. Ils ont simplement demandé "peux-tu mettre la chaussure", mais en faisant du snowboard, j'ai senti que mes pieds avaient trop de jeu car ma jambe est trop large pour serrer correctement. C'est quelque chose qui pourrait peut-être être vu et ajusté lors de l'essayage.

Der Raum vor den Depot-Regalen ist im Verhältnis zu den gefüllten Ski- Regalen etwas eng, zumindest zu den Stoßzeiten morgens und nachmittags. Ansonsten ist alles aber alles gut durchorganisiert!

Ich konnte diesmal leider nicht gleich den perfekten Schi für mich finden: habe an drei vers. Tagen drei vers. Schi in der Premiumklasse ausprobieren. Wäre wohl erst in der teuereren Superiorklasse fündig geworden. Durch eine Erkrankung von meiner Seite musste ich nach drei Tagen statt der geplanten 5 Tage, die Miete beenden. Die Schi konnten dann auch noch am 4Tag für mich zurückgeben werden und mir wurden nur drei Tage berechnet. Danke!

Bei der Reservierung wurde Abholung am Vorabend vereinbart. Bei Ankunft war das dann doch nicht möglich, was grundsätzlich ok ist. In solchen Fällen sollte man die Abholung am Vorabend aber garnicht erst anbieten.
