Brilliant service - by far the best we have ever had. Nothing too much trouble including swapping skis, hiring snow boards at no additional cost and even beginner snowboarding tips. Add on top of that that I had booked the wrong hire period online which was seamlessly amended - we thought the whole team were great! Thank you.

People in the shop were very knowledgeable and helpful, giving good and honest recommendations on the gear. Also helping out each arrival / departure time with the gear, taking it outside / inside. One thing that d be icing on the cake; on the returns, it d be great if they could remind if we had lining / support in the boots; I forgot mine in there :( All in all, I am very satisfied and I d recommend!

The whole sales team was great, and they made sure my friends and I got the right gear for the slopes, especially Steve.
