Great service, I broke my skies in the morning and they could not fix it, i got to rent the most similar ones, that your employe got from the other shop i town very fast. Later I bougth new skies at the shop and got at total refound from the rentalprice. It was a plessure!

You were all so kind and with a lot of humor (we love it!). My friend had a problem with her OWN shoes , and you all helped us so much. She went to your colleague and got the problem solved. One request for the big lockers downstairs: Maybe replace the mirror for the ladies on the way to après 😉 See you next year!

The customer service was brilliant. The only confusion was right at the beginning when trying to use the computers to log our details. An on hand helper would have made the entire rental experience gold standard.
