Excellent advice from staff made our day great, advised us on good runs to tackle and routes to take.

Kristina was super helpful and kind! Very patient as we asked SOOO many questions. She was very thorough to be sure all of the equipment and boots fit properly. Would definitely recommend. It was our first time in the area and very overwhelming. Super easy to get to the lifts, buses, trains, and cable cars. Maps are a must and was glad Kristina handed a map to each of us!

Rental didn't have all proper sizes for snow pants being rented out, which was disappointing. One member of my group needed to wear pants that were far too large as a result. Check-out process was overly complicated and long. Next time, I think I'd prefer to bring along more gear and only rent the bare necessities.
