The staff were very efficient (fast) both when we checked in and also when returning the skis / poles / boots / helmets. It was great that all our information was in the system from last year, which made the check-in even faster. After the first day, one of us needed to exchange the ski boots, and this was done quickly (and friendly) as well. It's also so convenient to rent the skis half-way up the mountain and to store them in the 'depot' overnight. We have rented in exactly the same place each year for 10 years, and will do so again next year. Thanks to everyone.
