Ich habe ein neues Skigebiet ausprobiert, aber beim Skiverleih mich erneut auf INTERSPORT verlassen. Wie gewohnt, hat alles perfekt geklappt: die Ausrüstung stand bereit, die Skier waren sogar schon auf die Stiefel eingestellt. Nur bei meinem Sohn (erstemal auf Skiern) mussten wir erstmal passende Stiefel finden; aber auch da standen die Skier bereit, bevor er die Stiefel anhatte. Freundliche und kompetente Hilfe beim Stiefel An- und Ausziehen, immer auch noch gleich einen nützlichen Tipp auf den Lippen, und wir konnten unsere Ausrüstung dann abends auch gleich im Depot lassen, um unbelastet den Abend zu beginnen. Ein Rundum-Sorglos-Paket! Wir hatten eine tolle Skiwoche, und INTERSPORT hat dazu beigetragen. Vielen Dank an euer tolles Team!

Bro... The guys in the Great Valluga shop were all awesome. Enormously helpful and were very accommodating of my challenged friend who couldn't get his ski boot off and gave him a huge helmet for his massive head. Excellent service and highly recommend to anyone going to St Anton

The staff in the shop at Terminal were fantastic, very helpful, friendly and enthusiastic. The online booking process could be improved. I booked to collect my skiis from a shop on Dorfstrasse but Intersport changed this to Terminal without asking me or bringing it to my attention. It was written in very small writing on the email receipt. This turned out OK because the staff at Terminal were so great (see above) but it wasn't a very satisfactory start to things.

Von telefonischer Kontaktaufnahme, über meine mail Wunschliste bis zur persönlichen Abwicklung vor Ort ist alles super effizient und professionell abgelaufen. Nachdem wir am 1. Tag mit der Performance der Leihski sehr zufrieden waren haben wir uns entschlossen 2 Paar zu kaufen. 1 Paar war verfügbar und das 2. Paar wurde aus dem Zentrallager besorgt und wird uns nach Hause geschickt. Am Preis wurde die Leihgebühr abgezogen. Top ! Auch die Handschuhberatung war super. Und zum Schluss gabs noch ein Schnäpsle, da die Mitarbeiter gesehen haben, daß ich am Abgabetermin Geburtstag hatte. Gerne wieder , super Job gemacht. Danke

I requested a locker for the duration of the ski hire and the picture seemed to indicate that i would be getting a full size lockable locker, instead i only was given space on the rack for my skis and boots. There was no explanation or option to choose.

In der Filiale Grindelwald Terminal ist es viel zu heiss. Die Atmosphäre ist ja eh hektisch, aber so ist das Anprobieren von Schuhe nicht angenehm. Ich habe daher auch auf den Kauf neuer Schuhe verzichtet, da es mir viel zu heiss war. Das Personal ist aber top!
