All umfassend ein top Service! Alle dort sind sehr kompetent und helfen bei allem. Ich würde immer empfehlen die Versicherung mit zu buchen, dann gibt es absolut keine Probleme, sollte etwas abhanden kommen. Man bekommt sofort einen neues Snowboard oder Ski.

Obwohl ich meine Körpergrösse angegeben hatte, wurde mir ein viel zu grosses u schweres Snowboard gegeben. Auch die Bindung war zu gross. Das Umtauschen des Bretts und wechseln der Bindung hat aber super geklappt. Anschliessend war ich sehr zufrieden.

Your crew was so Awesome from the minute we walked in the door they were so helpful and amazing… Their knowledge of the equipment was such a relief, knowing that they actually knew their product… I hadn’t been on skis in 25 years. They took care of me. We had another person in the group had only been on skis once and outfitted her perfectly… We also had one member of the group get hurt. You guys turned her deposit. She was with Jann, The Ski Instructor. Who was simply amazing… As I said, they went above and beyond to take care of us and everyone is so super friendlygreat place to go.

The staff wasn't very friendly, they wanted to rush and didn't dedicate a lot of time to choose skis, specially if you are getting the premium option. My boots were VERY painful, as the boot was a testing they told me, and the liner was very thin. I went down to change them but they told me they didn't have any more, so I had to ski for a few days with a lot of pain. Lesson, I will definitely bring my own equipment next time

Glacier Sport was awesome, we had a change in our plans at the end of our trip and they worked with us. I had to exchange my skis as the first pair were good skis but too heavy for my knees, took it back and exchanged for swiss skis that were black and white these skis were awesome. Probably the best skis I have ever rented and we come pretty much every year. I liked them so much I asked if they would remain on our account so when we come back perhaps I might get lucky and find something similar. Your staff was excellent and our trip to ski was made better by the experience.

If you're looking for a top-notch ski rental experience, Intersport is the place to go! From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. They took the time to ensure I got the right gear for my skill level and comfort. The equipment was in excellent condition. I was able to store my equipment in Intersport overnight for our whole trip and the staff was so helpful in bringing it out immediately upon my arrival in the mornings. The overall service and staff were efficient and helpful, making the whole rental process smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend!

Qualität der Ski und Skischuhe war gut. Leider stand ich oben auf der Piste und der Schuh passte nicht in die Bindung. Dankenswerterweise wurde ich direkt oben bei Intersport beraten und bekam die Schuhe ausgetauscht. Guter Service! Das Geschäft am Terminal Grindelwald war völlig überlaufen von Kundschaft, keine Chance einen Mitarbeiter anzusprechen. Ich war einfach froh, als wir wieder draussen waren. Wäre weniger los gewesen, wäre mir das auch direkt aufgefallen, dass der Schuh nicht in die Bindung passt. .

The first assistant didn’t help me get my boots on or explain how to tell if it was a good fit so I ended up having to go back and exchange them. The second assistant was more helpful. There wasn’t much choice of boots to try a third option. I’ve rented from places where they scan your foot to determine an optimum boot and also spend more time helping you put them on and ensuring you are happy with the fit.

I purchased the Rail Pass from the Andermatt Ski website that gave me 15% off my rental equipment and I was very happy with the result! The staff was very friendly and got me geared up with all my equipment within 15 minutes of my arrival to the shop! I only speak English comfortably, so the girl was very helpful, kind, and quick to get me onto the slopes. She also directed me to the proper Gondola as it was my first time in Andermatt. I will definitely go back and rent from you again! Vielen dank!
