The person who served us initially was exceptional. Friendly and patient and the gear we’d hired was all ready and he was happy to help check and change things. A great welcome to the resort. Another man (perhaps the store manager) seemed stressed at times during the week about storing kit in the store and was a little gruff, but understandable considering how busy they were.

Was disappointed that I was unable to cancel my last day of rentals since most of the mountain was shut down and only had one rope tow open at top of gondola. I asked to cancel before I heard how bad the conditions were but they were unable to credit me back the prepaid last day.
