Things were a little disorganized when we picked up our equipment -- they only gave us 1 ticket and people's weights got messed up. But the staff took care of it. Maybe an early season training issue. Loved the equipment and the vibe in the shop. Thanks!

Very pleased with the calm atmosphere and also the support provided when my daughter wanted to change ski boots. However, slightly surprised at how heavy the scales weighed each of our party (around +10kg each). Appreciate some adjustment needed for ski boot weight, but this felt too much.
