Some of the staff were more knowledgeable and helpful than others, but some excellent knowledge and assistance when you get the right person. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that not all staff are the same experience. The skis I had were great, but my 13yo enjoyed trying different skis and swapping throughout our trip depending on our plans for the day and the conditions.

Thank you for the great service from Simon, Moodie and Luckie and the gentleman who helped us on the last day, apologies for incorrect spelling and for forgetting the ladt guys name. We were welcomed with friendliness and warmth. The guys didn't let us leave until they were sure the ski boots fitted correctly. We were most impressed with getting a refund when returning equipment early. We really didn't expect that, thank you. All round service excellence.
