I ordered two times size 38, when I arrived at the shop, it turned out there was only one size 38, which I think is very bad service!

I purchased the Rail Pass from the Andermatt Ski website that gave me 15% off my rental equipment and I was very happy with the result! The staff was very friendly and got me geared up with all my equipment within 15 minutes of my arrival to the shop! I only speak English comfortably, so the girl was very helpful, kind, and quick to get me onto the slopes. She also directed me to the proper Gondola as it was my first time in Andermatt.
