It was really unclear what the flow in the shop is. Lots of queues, not clear at which one should one stay when having equipment reserved. Asked an employee after some time that sent us to look for the equipment in two possible places in the shop as it had our name on it. I can understand that there is a large number of customers, but the arrangement of the shop is missing a clear flow within the shop making clear for everyone where to go and with whom to talk.

War das erste mal, dass ich fuer Schuheinstellung Tüv bezahlen musste Hatte etwa 45 Min für Miete und Prüfung Ein paar Mitarbeiter sprechen nicht mal Deutsch. Sind wir in USA, oder was? Komme nicht mehr Besser im Dorf oder Mürren mieten

Top Service, Schnell, Unkompliziert, Professionell

Wir sind wirklich spontan reingekommen, also ohne vorherige Reservierung und wurden schnell und kompetent beraten und ausgestattet. Zudem fand ich alle Mitarbeiter wirklich sehr nett und freundlich. Ebenfalls praktisch war, dass wir die Skipässe gleich hier kaufen konnten. :) Wir empfehlen den Intersport am Terminal sehr!
