Das Personal am Tag der Anmietung war massiv unterbesetzt. Ich stand mit meiner 6 jährigen Tochter mind. 45 Minuten in der Warteschlange, um die Ski abzuholen und einstellen zu lassen. Das kostete Zeit, die auf der Piste fehlte und für ein Kind, das sich auf den Skitag freut, ist es eine Zumutung. Wir wollten die Mietartikel bereits am Vorabend abholen, uns wurde vor Ort aber empfohlen, am kommenden Morgen nochmals zu kommen. Die Erfahrung war aufgrund der Wartezeit inakzeptabel.

When reserving ski equipment online, lead customers automatically to the ski and shoe storage facilities before completing the reservation. Provide a map for the storage location. I spent more than 30 minutes trying to find it after renting the ski and shoe storage at the rental counter. The elevator and stairs are not clearly marked! The rental shop facility is badly set up. It is part of the clothing store, the waiting lines extend into the store and there are two rental lines, for shoes and skis that need to be done in that order (first shoes, than skis). There should be one waiting line for both the shoes and the skis and separate them from the clothing store. Also, no seating is provided at the rental counter which is not good when needing to try on ski boots. Later, I noticed that an on-line rental could be completed on one screen located somewhere between the clothing racks in the store. This can easily be overlooked as I did. Place it at the beginning of the rental waiting line!
